Initial and Bonus Credits

  • All drivers receive 1,000 AFN initial bonus credits upon registration.
  • Drivers are also eligible for bonus credits during special occasions as announced by Darbas.

Buying Credits

Drivers can purchase credits through the following methods:

  1. Through Agents: Drivers can buy credits directly from Darbas-approved agents.
  2. Using Top-Up Cards: Drivers can purchase top-up cards from agents or directly from Darbas.

Credit Transfers

  • Drivers can transfer credits to other drivers.
  • Drivers can also receive credits from other drivers.

Service Charges

  • A 6% service fee is deducted from the driver’s available credits for each completed ride.
  • The service charge is calculated based on the fare of the ride.

Ride Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Before Driver Reaches Passenger:
    • If either the driver or the user cancels the ride before the driver reaches the passenger, no charges will be applied.
  2. User-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If a ride is canceled by the user after the driver has arrived, the fare will be refunded to the driver’s credits.
  3. Driver’s Internet Disconnection:
    • If the driver’s internet disconnects after the passenger is in the car, the ride will still be charged.
    • Refunds in such cases will only be given if the passenger cancels the ride before reaching the destination.
